A new book, “the little r12.2.5 upgrade essentials for managers and team members”, will be available April 2016, at the OAUG Collaborate Forum.

Mike Swing is an Oracle ACE and Oracle Certified Professional  (OCP) DBA with 25+ years experience in administration, design and development using version Oracle 7 to Oracle 12c. He has authored several books including the OAUG sponsored book, “the little r12.1.3 upgrade guide”.  He has 16+ years of experience implementing, administering and upgrading the Oracle Applications E-business suite.  He teaches the following training classes: R12.2 DBA Concepts and Administration, the Technical R12.2.5 Upgrade and DBA Boot Camp I (OCA) and DBA Boot Camp II (OCP). He has several degrees, including a MS in Physics with a thesis in digital signal processing.

Mike is currently is CTO of TruTek and his areas of expertise include E-Business Suite R12.2 Upgrades, Performance Tuning the Oracle E-Business Suite, and performance tuning Oracle Demantra.
